Today's session introduced us to another video editing programme: Adobe Premiere Pro. I found todays session really helpful, as I have actually got over a years experience of using this software, however I haven't used Premiere in around 18 months, so this was a good refresher for me. I didn't receive any feedback from todays lecturer, Nick. However reflecting on my own work, I am happy with the outcome of the two practical tasks. The first task I completed quickly, as it was a simple drag and drop task, where I had to drag numbers onto the timeline in the correct sequence and also cut and trim the clips to suit. The second task was more challenging for me, the initial editing side of it was completely fine and I had no trouble with this aspect. However I still find myself taking quite a lot of time choosing the correct overlays and cutaways to include in a news package.
